Today Ellen and I drove up to The Gardens to watch Tippy and Panic (running as Five Minute Buzz) race in a non TAB meeting. As has become the norm with my dogs, Tippy got checked and was last at the first turn. Once he picked himself up he raced on well to finish 6th.Panic started well in her race to lead until the first turn and then was run down to finish third. Not a bad effort for only her 2nd start.Sir Ed is taking a short break to lay about in the sun for a couple of weeks and will return to run in 500m races hopefully a little fresher.Wombat is still convalescing with her sore foot

Tippy raced at Maitland tonight. I watched it at the Leagues club with Margaret and Murray.

He jumped well but got a little lost on the turn to finish 4th (No 3. - white rug)

Today Margaret and I drove up to Muswellbrook to watch Tippy race in a 328m race on a grass track.

He missed the jump and baulked at the first turn to finish 7th.

A two and a half hour drive (each way) to watch a 19 second race where our dog runs second last - we must be mad !!!!!!!!!!!!

Today Sir Edmund and Tippy each raced in a 272m race at The Gardens non TAB meeting. My Mum, Val, came up for the trip to watch them race.

Edmund jumped fairly on the outside from box 8 (pink) but was held wide around the first turn then avoided some touble to finally finish fourth.

Tippy come out of box 3 (white) well but coped a bad check and was pushed back to 2nd last on the first turn. He railed and finished on but 272m was too short and he finished 5th.
